	So easy is it

	1. st. step You send an e-mail telling that you wish to rent the cottage, and what week you wish to rent it. If you have more wishes you can make priorities

	2. st. step I'll send an e-mail telling the price for the wished period.

	3. st. step You send an e-mail confirming that you wish to rent the cottage.

	4. nd. step First come first serve. If we have received an e-mail concerning same week earlyer than yours I will tell you immediately. If the wished week is available it will be reserved for you. I will send you
	2 signed rental confirmations 1 set of rental conditions and 1 set of A-Z information 1 photo

	5. rd. step You must within 8 days from the date of the rental confirmation
	Send a signed rental confirmation to me Transfer 1. st. rate + insurance ammount to my bank account

	6. th. step At least 30 days before arrival the ballance is to be transfered to my bank account

	7. th. step After receiving the ballance, I will send you a driver guide, a roadmap and the adresse of the cottage. Remember to order linnen and bikes if you need

	8. th. step We will see you Saturday at 14:00 where you will receive the keys
