	Allergy We cannot guarantee that no cats/ dogs or the like have ever been in the summer cottage, even though pets not are allowed. Likewise we cannot guarantee that smoking has never taken place in the summer cottage, even though it is not allowed either.

	Arrival The key is handed over by owner or from a key deposit place and can be collected at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. From 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. the owner of the summer cottage has access to the house in order to carry out minor repairs. Moreover, the summer cottage must be prepared for the next tenancy during this time. If you for some reason wish to arrive at another time than stated on your rental confirmation document, please inform us of this no later than a week before your arrival, as we may have to arrange an alternative handing over of the key. After receiving the last payment a road map is forwarded to you. The Address of the cottage and driving directions are stated on this road map.

	Bathroom / Shower The bathroom contains a shower with a holder on the wall and cupboards, shelves and a rack for towels.

	Beach The distance to the beach is 300m, it belongs to the local cottage owners, and is mostly visited by owners and tennants in the area. (approx. 90 cottages). Along the beach is a wide green area. The beach is provided with a small bridge. The beach is ok for swimming and children playing. However if you want to stay at the beach all day, better beaches are located 10 or 20 km away depending on your quality needs.

	Beds The beds in the summer cottage are 90cm. wide and 200cm. long. The double bed consists of two box madresses and the bunkbed has two spring madresses The beds in the annex are 70cm. wide and 180 long.

	Bicycles The summer cottage has three bicycles, a gentlemen's-, a lady's- and a kid's bicycle, wich can be rented after agreement.

	Boat A boat is not available.

	Bring along Remember to bring: Bed linen (see "beds" for bed measures), towels, dish towels, dishcloths, toilet paper e.g.

	Complaints Any complaint must be stated to the owner at once (tel. no. and address are stated on the rental confirmation document and in the INFO FOLDER in the summer cottage). Complaints of the cleaning must be stated on the day of arrival. Further complaints have to be stated in order to arrange remedy. Tenants are, cf Danish legislation, liable to allow owner a fair respite to remedy complaints from the tenant and to try to reduce damage and loss. If reconditioning is not satisfactury done, tenant must inform owner immediately. Any compensation is calculated from the time when owner receives the complaint. If the tenants leave the summer cottage without informing owner verbally about this and without allowing owner a fair respite to correct defects, if any, owner cannot be imposed with refund obligations as the tenants have made it impossible for owner to remedy the defect/ damage.

	Cot The summer cottage has no cot. There is not room for a cot in the bedroom.

	Consumption The consumption of electricity is not included in the rental price. The electricity-meter is placed outside the summercottage at Main entrance. Please check that the number on the consumption envelope in the house correspond with the number on the electricity-meter. Before departure, the consumption is made up by reading the meters, and then settled with owner. The price per kWh is stated at the rental conditions Most electricity-meters in Denmark have no comma. All numbers are whole kilowatt-hours - also the last number which may be marked with a red colour. Besides we refer to the instructions on the consumption envelope. The water consumption is included in the rent price.

	Cupboards The illustrated cupboards are drawn in right scale. You have to expect a limited cupboard space, and there may not be room for all of your garments. There may not be enough hangers.

	Damages Any damage in the summer cottage must be reported to the owner immediately. . Please read paragraph 2 and 7 in rental conditions and "Complaints".

	Denouncement Owner is entitled to denounce the tenancy without refund, if the tennant behave inconsistent with Danish law as well as common good conduct.

	Departure The house must be departed no later than 10 a. m. and the key are to be handed over / put at the same place as you collected it. At departure, the summer cottage house must be tidied up. Windows and doors are to be closed/ locked. All furniture and other equipment must be placed at its original place and in the same condition as on your arrival. Read the electricity-meter and place the accounted amount in the consumption envelope. If you wish to leave the holiday house before the pre-arranged time of departure, you are, for insurable causes, under an obligation to inform the owner. It is important never to switch off the electricity. At departure please close the heating, but leave the fridge and the freezer on.

	Drain Do not throw sanitary towels, wads, cotton wool, napkins or the like in the toilet as it can easily course a blocking. Never pour food scraps, deep fat or dripping in the drains or in the toilet!!

	Electricity The summer cottage is connected up with electricity (220 V), which provides heating of water, radiators etc. Usually, spare fuses are available in the house. If this is not the case, please buy some yourself, owner will subsequently refund the amount on presentation of a receipt.

	Final cleaning The final cleaning is carried out by owner. As tenants, you are responsible for the following points, which are not included in our final cleaning: - dish washing - cleaning of ceramic stove with oven. - general tidying-up - inside and outside. - cleaning of gardengrill and garden furniture.

	Fireplace/ woodburning stove There is no fireplace/ woodburning stove in the summer cottage

	Forgotten possesions Should you, through an oversight, leave personal possessions in the summer cottage, owner would like to help you by sending the forgotten items to your home address. The possessions will be delivered to you against payment of the postal charge. Forgotten possessions are kept locally for a month. Owner is not responsible for forgotten possessions, which subsequently cannot be found.

	Garden furniture The garden furniture available, consists of a table, chairs and 2 sun chairs. Cushions are available for the garden furniture, the cushions must be taken indoor at nigth and in bad weather. It is not allowed to use the duvets, pillows, cushions or mattresses of the summer cottage on the beach, the terrace or the lawn. A sunshade is provided

	Garden grill You can use the grill as much as you like, but you must clean it before departure. A bucket is provided for the ashes.

	Guests The number of tenants must not exceed the number of persons stated in the presentation, as the drain system of the summer cottage is adjusted for this number of persons. Therefore, it is not allowed to put up tents or to park caravans and recreational vehicles at the site. In the case that more persons than allowed make use of the house, the additional guests will be asked to leave or alternatively pay for the stay.

	Heating In cold days heating may be nessecary. At normal temperature (19-21° C.) the coldest 24hrs. in 2003 the use was 50kWh. and the hottest 24 hrs. the use was 5 kWh.

	Hot-water tank The hot-water tanks hold about 40 l of water (app. 3 showers). Be carefull not to turn the temperature too high up as the hot water can scald you.

	House description The descriptions of the summer cottage are worked out from our best conviction. We make reservations for changes as well as misprints and typing errors. The ground-plans are illustrated as exact as possible, but they are only intended as a guide and minor deviations may arise.

	Key The key is handed over by the owner at the arrival and handed back at the departure at the agreed time and place.

	Kitchen equipment The kitchen equipment in the summer cottage consists of the number of glasses, cups, plates and cutlery, corresponding with at least the number of persons stated in the presentation. Electrical acessories: Coffee maker, toaster, el-kettle, hand-held mixer, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dish washer, electrical cooker and hood. Please clean the pots and pans as well as the oven very thoroughly after use, as it is not included in our final cleaning.

	Linnen Linnenpackages (bedlinnen 2 towels and a dish towel) can be rented after agreement. Payment can not be done with the contract, but direct to owner at the arrival or in an envelope in the cottage. Ordering of linnen at least 5 days before arrival.

	Location Even though it does not always appear so on the pictures, the summer cottage is situated in an area with other summer cottages.

	Noise During your vacation, everyday life in Denmark goes on. Therefore, noises from e.g. air planes, lawn mowers, circle saws etc. can occur. However, we are convinced that you, as a holiday guest, can understand that owner cannot be held responsible for that noise.

	Parking Parking in the drive way at the site to the north of the cottage.

	Pets It is not allowed to bring pets in the summer cottage.

	Photo Together with the house presentation you will find a picture of the house. On the home page you will find more photos.

	Prices The rent price per week is stated on the home page. If you rent the summer cottage in other weeks, the price will be agreed individualy.

	Radio/ Cable-TV The summer cottage is provided with a radio with cd-player, colour-tv, VCR and DVD. The TV is conected to Cable-tv.

	Rubbish The dustbin at the entrance of the drive way i emptied Monday. Therefore, you may find that the rubbish has not been collected when you arrive. Remember that only original rubbish bags will be collected. The bag must only be filled to the broken line - or it will not be picked up. (by the sanitation department). The municipal authorities demands that the rubbish is sorted. A bucket for glass/bottles and a bucket for news papers are available.

	Site and size The size of the summer cottage is approx. 64 m² (excl. terrace). Extra bedroom in the anneks is approx. 6 m² The size of the site is approx. 1200 m², the borders of the site is marked with hedge, trees and bushes etc.

	Terrace There are two terraces by the summer cottage. The terrace to the south is approx. 24 m² and has a fence to the east. The terrace between the cottage and the anneks is approx. 12 m² with a fence to the north.

	Unforeseen incidents By theft and a like it can occur that some equipment is missing from the summer cottage, compared to the presentation. In that case we will naturally provide a compensation as soon as possible.

	Vermin Owner is not responsible for and does not accept any compensation claims in connection with any occurrence of insects or vermin in the summer cottage, as they are a part of the Danish nature (e.g. ants, earwigs, flies, woodlice, mice etc.). In acute and extreme cases we ask you to contact the owner, and we will try to remedy the problem.

	Water consumption The water consumption is included in the rental price.
